Can you make my cakes exactly how I’d like them?

Yes, when placing an order please be specific on your requirements.

How much notice do you need?

I prefer at least 3 weeks notice on cupcakes and celebration cake orders but we will try to accommodate an urgent request. If ordering a fruit cake please allow at least 8 weeks notice and 5 months notice on wedding cakes, to enable the best possible service.

 

How should I store my cakes?

We advise to get the best from your cupcakes, that you store them in the box that they are delivered in, in a cool place. It's recommended that they are not stored in the refrigerator and that the cupcakes are consumed within 36 hours of delivery.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver a FREE service within a 2 mile radius.

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, please specify when placing your order.

 

Do you send cakes through the post?

No. As we cannot guarantee their quality on arrival.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, for cakes and cupcakes ordered with less than a week's notice before the event you will be liable to pay 50% of the remaining balance, or wedding cakes with five weeks' notice, you are responsible for paying the full outstanding balance.

 

What ingredients do you use?

The finest quality ingredients are used. Where possible I will use Organic and Fairtrade products. All decorations are edible and made from sugar paste, flower paste or gum paste. The glitter and glue is edible and non-toxic.
