Step 1: Initial Enquiry. Embark on the delightful adventure of designing your ideal cake! Begin by sharing your inspiration with us – your preferred cake styles, colors, and design features. Additionally, please indicate whether you opt for delivery or collection, as well as the date of your occasion. For wedding cakes, it's important to include the guest count, venue information, wedding timeline, and the specific date. A 6-month advance notice is necessary to ensure your wedding cake is reserved. Use the enquiry form provided to submit all the vital information seamlessly.

Step 2: Consultation. The journey of each cake starts with a personalised consultation, available over the phone or face-to-face, tailored to your preference. During this discussion, we'll delve into your preferred styles, timings, budget, and flavour choices. Feel free to share any inspirational images to aid in crafting your vision. Together, we will craft a design that perfectly captures your unique style, colour scheme, and theme. After our discussion, you will receive a detailed quote and cake specifications. We are dedicated to respecting your budget while considering various alternatives to realise the design you envision.

Step 3: Tasting. The tasting menu, offered exclusively for wedding cakes, features selections such as Classic Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, Zesty Lemon, and Espresso. These can be sampled in person with one week's notice or delivered by mail.

Step 4: Securing Your Booking. For all cake and cupcake orders, we require a three week notice and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. To secure your wedding cake with us, you have two options: either pay a 50% deposit of the total price to confirm your reservation immediately or, if you need more time to finalise the design but still wish to reserve Kerry's Cupcakes for your big day, we offer a 3-month reservation for a £150 retainer. This retainer will be subtracted from your final bill and allows us to start the design process. The full balance will be due four weeks prior to your wedding.

Step 5: Creating your Celebration / Wedding Cake.  Once the final payment has been processed, we will begin the creation phase.
